District Provides Update on Stabilization of Transportation Program
It appears as if we’ve been able to smooth some of the rough edges to a rocky start for the implementation of this year’s transportation program.
To that end, we wanted to let you know that all BMS/RHS buses arrived this morning between 7:15 am and 7:27 am. Now that it looks like the personnel and the routes are stabilizing, and with the impending addition of a small bus route to service several of our challenging back roads, we’re looking to update the schedule of several of these routes so that all buses arrive at BMS/RHS no later than 7:20 am or thereabouts. We will be contacting parents soon on any of the routes where a pick-up time might change.
In addition, all buses arrived at CLS on time this morning as well. Finally, all buses arrived and departed from BMS/RHS and from CLS this afternoon on time.
In spite of the improvements, we’ll continue to monitor feedback from parents on pick up and drop off times and address that feedback accordingly. Parents with any specific questions, concerns, and/or complaints about their child’s transportation, specifically about their bus route or schedule, ongoing or new, now or in the future, should continue to call:
Mary Ann Coe, Allways East Contract Manager – (845) 204-9660
