Rhinebeck Provides September 29 Update on Transportation Program Progress
In the continuing interest of keeping our parents and students informed, we wanted to let you know that all buses were on time at BMS/RHS this morning. In spite of mechanical difficulty with one bus on the way in, all students arrived before 7:30 am. In addition, all CLS buses were on time this morning as well. This afternoon, all buses departed on time from BMS/RHS and from CLS.
The permanent driver for Route #8 was able to start today, and we anticipate the accuracy of pick ups and pick up times on that particular route to improve very quickly.
We are aware that there are a number of specific pick up and drop off issues that need to be adjusted, and all of us are working to resolve these. We will continue to keep you updated until our transportation program is providing satisfactory service for all parents and their students who ride the buses every day, now and in the future. It is helpful to us to improve service if parents with any specific questions, concerns, and/or complaints about their child’s transportation, specifically about their bus route or schedule, ongoing or new, now or in the future, continue to call:
